About Loli

I am a certified practitioner of Jikiden Reiki, an energy healing practice founded by Mikao Usui in 1922. My office is in La Mesa, California. Sessions are usually lightly hands-on, adjusted for each person's comfort.

Reiki is helpful for all healing, including:

before, during (remote), or after surgery
chronic conditions no one seems to be able to identify
issues for which you've tried everything
grief
trauma
depression
difficulty coping

First session

A discounted introduction if you're new to Reiki.

$75

One hour

In person in La Mesa, or remotely from anywhere.

You'll start face-down on a massage table for half the session. Then you'll switch to face-up, with a silk scarf covering your eyes. My hands are usually lightly placed on you, but you can opt for no touching if you prefer. There are optional pillows for your legs. Instrumental music — or whatever you'd rather hear — plays in the background.

You can choose to talk, or not talk. It doesn't alter the effectiveness of the healing. The only thing I expect from you is that you are comfortable.

Alternatively, you can opt for a remote session, which doesn't require your time or a digital connection like the phone, FaceTime, or Zoom. This is the method normally used for pets and animals. Reiki is just as effective with children.
